Princess Grace Songcuya & Mark Vincent Amido, Graduated from Pastry Arts Academy Philippines Batch 9 owner of MP's Sweet Tooth Cheesecake Shop & Cafe. Their shops are located in Koronadal and General Santos cities, and are known for cheesecake and cakes in jars. They are now in the process of adding more products to offer to their customers.

After graduating at Gourmet Bites, Chef Ed Tuazon - former Executive Chef of Marco Polo Davao - hired me as his baker at his commisary. I was part of the team that made cakes, pastries and Filipino delicacies. The lessons that I learned while studying in Pastry Arts Academy Philippines (formerly Gourmet Bites) proved to be very useful as I applied it during my stay with Chef Ed. My overall experience made me explore more for greener pastures.

With the help of the skills and knowledge I have acquired after being trained by the talented chefs of PAAP, I was able to gain confidence and courage to chase my dreams and was able to work at one of Davao's best hotels, the Marco Polo hotel. And now as I move forward to another journey, I will still bring and use the knowledge and skills I have learned from my mentors in pursuit of making my dreams come true
